Thanks for the reply,I pray that this will ease off one day! I was told 14 years ago I was in meno,think they were wrong as the last 2 years this IBS stuff kicked in & I have tried everything believe me! I was begging to have my colon ripped out…

Hormones can certainly have an effect on IBS. Often periods can bring on an IBS attack and the menopause is often a difficult time for dealing with IBS. You may find your IBS improves once you have come through it. Welcome to the forum!
